The following weather-related closings, cancellations and postponements have been announced in the Hopkinsville area. This list will be updated as information becomes available.

Schools

Christian County Public Schools, Heritage Christian Academy, Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School, University Heights Academy and Hopkinsville Community College are closed Wednesday. It is an NTI day for all of the schools except UHA, which is taking a traditional snow day. 

City of Hopkinsville

There is a two-hour delay for non-essential city workers. The Hopkinsville Municipal Center opens at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County

The museum is closed Wednesday.

Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library

The Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library is closed Wednesday.

HWEA

Hopkinsville Water Environment Authority’s main office and drive-thru customer window at 401 E. Ninth St. will open at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Customers may make payments by calling  270-887-4246, or by going online.

Christian County Clerk’s Office

The Christian County Clerk’s Office in the courthouse will open at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Christian County Judge-Executive

The offices of Christian County Judge-Executive Jerry Gilliam will open at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

HCC Religion and Philosophy Club

The Religion and Philosophy Club at Hopkinsville Community College announced that Tuesday’s talk by Buddhist monk Tsering Phuntsok is canceled.

Hopkinsville Rotary Club

Tuesday’s meeting of Hopkinsville Rotary Club with Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture Ryan Quarles as guest speaker is canceled.
