Hoptown Chronicle asked the elections board to not have a private discussion about a court petition in the race between Mark Graham and Doug Wilcox.

The outcome of the race between Republicans Mark Graham and Doug Wilcox is unknown because ballots were issued to 109 voters not eligible to vote in the race.

The program is open to residents and business owners in Christian County.

The ordinance will take effect following publication of a legal notice, which is expected by the end of the month.
