Five department supervisors for the city of Hopkinsville — Police Chief Clayton Sumner, Deputy Police Chief Michael Seis, Parks and Recreation Superintendent Tab Brockman, Chief Financial Officer Robert Martin and City Clerk Crissy Fletcher — will have a retirement reception in their honor from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, at the Hopkinsville Municipal Center, 715 S. Virginia St.
A Facebook announcement says the public is invited to join the retirees for appetizers and cake prior to that evening’s city council meeting.
