The order does not apply to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, gas stations, liquor stores and building supply stores.

Residents are still allowed to pick up carry-out meals from restaurants.

The governor urged Kentuckians to "not be the exception that doesn't honor the sacrifice of others."
