James Blair Livingston, 63, a native of Hopkinsville, died at 7:44 p.m., Monday, April 22, in Hopkinsville. He was a cattle hauler for Livingston Trucking and a member of Gracey West Union Baptist Church. Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the service hour Thursday at the funeral home.

Robert Lewis Merriweather, 44, of Hopkinsville, died on Saturday, April 20, in Hopkinsville. A native of Christian County, he was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church and was employed as a factory worker. Funeral services will be at noon Monday, April 29, at Gamble Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Monday at the funeral home.

Jimmy Breathett Henderson, 89, of Crofton, died at 8:22 a.m. Sunday, April 25, at Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. A native of Hopkinsville, he worked for Peabody Mining Company, where he retired from after 40 years. He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America. Funeral services will be at noon Thursday April 25, at Crofton Christian Church. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service hour at the church. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Crofton Christian Church.

Willie Sharon Moseley Winston, 83, of Hopkinsville, died on Saturday, April 13. She was a member of Silver Star Baptist Church in Fairview, where she was involved in the choir. She also was a member of the Fairview Homemakers Club. She earned an associate’s degree in office administration from Hopkinsville Community College and worked as a secretary for the American Cancer Society and as an office administrator for the Little Professional Family Childcare. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, April 22, at Silver Star Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. untl the service hour Monday at the church. William Mark Anthony “Dirky” Steele, 55, of Hopkinsville, died on Sunday, April 14, in Louisville, Kentucky. A native of Pensacola, Florida, he was a member of First Street Baptist Church and was employed at U.S. Smokeless Tobacco. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 15, at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Cave Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Thursday at the church. Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Beulah Mae Larkins, 95, of Christian County, died on Saturday, April 13, in Hopkinsville. A native of Cerulean, she was a lifelong member of McCarroll Hill Baptist Church and previously worked in the dietary department at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. Funeral services will be at noon Saturday, April 27, at Gamble Funeral Home. Burial will follow at McCarroll Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Carolyn Sue Kauffman Harshbarger, 85, of Hopkinsville, died at 3:29 a.m. Monday, April 16, at Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. A native of Lafayette, Indiana, she was the church secretary at St. John Methodist Church, where she had also been an active member since 1968. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, the St. John Women and the Twilight Homemakers. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at St. John Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Saturday at the church. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville is in charge of arrangements. Sabrina Denise Griffin, 51, of Christian County, died on Monday, April 15, in Nashville, Tennessee. The daughter of the late Annie Virginia Reed and James McKnight Jr., she was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church and was employed at Marathon as a cashier. Funeral services will be at noon Monday, April 22, at Gamble Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cave Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Monday at the funeral home.

Helen Douglas Adwell Damron, of Kuttawa, Kentucky, died at 12:24 p.m. April 15. A native of Christian County, she was a former secretary at First Christian Church and retired as an administrative secretary from Western State Hospital. She was a member of Canton Pike Homemakers, the Christian County Republican Women’s Club and First Christian Church. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at Riverside Cemetery. Gary Watkins Manning Jr., 52, of Hopkinsville, died on Sunday, April 14, at his home. A native of Washington, D.C., he was the son of Doris Renee Johnson Manning and the late Gary Watkins Manning Sr. The family has chosen cremation and welcomes family and friends to stop by the home to pay their respects at any time. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Susan Hancock, 75, of Herndon, died at 6:09 a.m. Saturday, April 13, at her residence. A native of Herndon, she was retired from Holiday Elementary School, where she worked in the cafeteria. She was a member of the old Sharon Presbyterian Church and attended Little River Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Flat Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.

Ted Karohl, 53, of Hopkinsville, died at 12:54 p.m. Monday, April 15, at Christian Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Pembroke. A native of Hopkinsville, he was a member of Highland Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home, with J.T. McCraw officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Wednesday at the funeral home.
