Helen Douglas Adwell Damron, of Kuttawa, Kentucky, died at 12:24 p.m. April 15. A native of Christian County, she was a former secretary at First Christian Church and retired as an administrative secretary from Western State Hospital. She was a member of Canton Pike Homemakers, the Christian County Republican Women’s Club and First Christian Church. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at Riverside Cemetery. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornell Memory Care Center, 101 N.
