Hopkinsville prepares for Small Business Saturday

Now in its 14th year, Small Business Saturday encourages support of small businesses and their impact on communities.

Several Hopkinsville businesses and independent vendors will participate in the nationwide observance of Small Business Saturday on Nov. 25.

Launched as a marketing tool that American Express created in 2010, it falls between Black Friday and Cyber Monday and encourages shoppers to support local businesses and to acknowledge their impact on communities.
