HCC set to unveil 59th literary journal on April 24

The public is invited to the ceremony at Hopkinsville Community College's Round Table Literary Park.

The 59th edition of “The Round Table,” Hopkinsville Community College’s literary journal, will be unveiled during an awards ceremony at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 24, in Round Table Literary Park. The park is at the rear of the campus adjacent to Elm Street. 

“The journal showcases writing and artwork [by] HCC students, faculty, staff, and their families, as well as community members and K-12 students in our service region,” states a press release from the college.

The public is invited to the ceremony. Awards will be presented for poetry, fiction and nonfiction writing, and for artwork. Selected contributors will read from their work. Copies of the journal will be distributed, and refreshments will be served. 

In the event of rain, the ceremony will be in the HCC library.
