The annual Brice Long and Friends concert to benefit families in Christian, Todd and Trigg counties through the Back2Back Foundation is set for 7 p.m. Saturday, July 10 at the Alhambra Theatre.
Tickets are $25. They are available online through the Pennyroyal Arts Council.
The money raised at the concert goes toward the Back2Back Foundation’s Christmas project to provide clothing, food, furnishings, school supplies and toys for families in the region, according to the foundation’s website.
Long, a Hopkinsville native, is a singer-songwriter based in Nashville. He’s written songs for numerous country musicians, including Garth Brooks, Chris Stapleton, Casey James and Porter Wagoner. His top singles include “Nothing on the Radio” recorded by Gary Allan, “Like a Cowboy” by Randy Houser and “What I Con’t Put Down” by Jon Pardi.
