Summer Stroll on Friday will highlight downtown architecture, stories

The guided walk will start at 6:30 p.m. at the Pennyroyal Area Museum.

The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County is offering its guided downtown Summer Stroll on Friday evening to highlight the history and architecture of the heart of the city. It will include “stories of the people and places that once graced these streets,” the organizers described. 

The group will start at the Pennyroyal Area Museum, 217 E. Ninth St., at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free for museum members and $10 for everyone else. 

The 90-minute stroll will cover about 1.5 miles, ending at The Mixer on East Sixth Street.
