William “Bill” Fisher, 76, of Hopkinsville, died at 10:19 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, he was the band director at Christian County High School from 1978 to 1998. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday, May 20, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.
