Volna “Peggy” Cunningham, 92, of Hopkinsville, died Wednesday, March 4, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. A native of Trigg County, she retired from the Christian County Public School System, where she served as secretary at Hopkinsville Middle School. She was a member of Southside Church of Christ. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, March 8, at Southside Church of Christ. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Southside Church of Christ. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
