Thomas “Tommy” E. Gamble, 85, of Hopkinsville, died on Wednesday, April 23, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. A native of Christian County, he worked at Thomas Industries early in his career before going on to work for several companies in the coal industry. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service hour Saturday at the funeral home. In recent years, he owned and operated Tom Gamble Enterprises, working as a contractor at Fort Campbell.
