Ruby K. Danes, 71, of Hopkinsville, died on Monday, March 9, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. A native of Muskegon, Michigan, she was a member of Westview Assembly of God. She worked in the Trigg County Public School System and the foster care system prior to her retirement. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, March 16, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at East End Cemetery in Cadiz. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Westview Assembly of God, 400 Pyle Lane, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
