Rocky D. Joiner, 72, of Hopkinsville, died at 1:11 a.m. Friday, March 14, at his residence. He was a retired math teacher having taught at Christian County High School, Northeast High School and Christian County Optional High School. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, March 17, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service hour Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to Pennyroyal Hospice.
