Richard Wayne Thomas, 75, of Antioch Road in Hopkinsville, died on Sunday, April 20, at his home following a brief illness. He was a truck driver and spent many years in maintenance at Western State Hospital. Cremation and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date at Riverside Cemetery.
