Richard Hogan Mitchell, 59, of Hopkinsville, died at 8:16 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, at his residence. A native of Johnson County, North Carolina, he was a truck driver for Meuth Concrete. No service will be held. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville is assisting with the arrangements.
