Pedro J. Mulero Sr., 77, of Hopkinsville, died at 1:08 p.m. Thursday, March 6, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. A native of Caguas, Puerto Rico, he was a physical education teacher in Puerto Rico. He was an honorary member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. A funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 14, at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday with a vigil at 7 p.m. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
