Paul Edward Turner, 76, of Hopkinsville, died Thursday, May 1, at Christian Health Center of natural causes. A Breathitt County native, he was a U.S. Army veteran. He retired from Phelps Dodge. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow with military honors in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour.
