Mildred Toombs, 76 of Adams, Tennessee, died Friday, Dec. 27, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She was a Hopkinsville native. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, at Cook-Webb Funeral Home, Guthrie. Visitation will be from 1 until 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
