Linda Lou Overton Spurlin, 76, of Hopkinsville, died at 4:15 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14, at Christian Health Center. She was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church, a homemaker and had also worked as a nurse and childcare provider. Funeral services will be private. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Contributions may take the form of donations to Pennyroyal Hospice.
