Kitty Carter, 89, of Deason Lane in Hopkinsville, died Thursday, Nov. 10, at her home of natural causes. A native of Christian County, Carter was a social worker at Western State Hospital and a member of Concord Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, at Concord Baptist Church, with Rev. David Harrison officiating. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
