Julia “Judy” Owen McRae Johnson, 85, of Lexington and formerly of Hopkinsville, died on Saturday, Oct. 5. A native of Pembroke, she was retired as Christian education director at First Christian Church, Hopkinsville, where she was a longtime member. She was an associate member of Hopkinsville Junior Auxiliary. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, at First Christian Church. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
