Jay F. West, 86, of Crofton, died at 1:20 a.m. Thursday, July 2, at Redbanks Colonial Terrace in Sebree, Kentucky. A native of Warsaw, New York, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a contractor. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, July 13, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton is in charge of the arrangements.
