J. Todd Darnell, 54 of Pembroke, died Wednesday Jan. 15, at St. Thomas-West in Nashville, Tennessee, of natural causes. A Hopkinsville native, he was Pembroke’s city clerk for eight years. He was a member of Pembroke Baptist Church. A joint funeral service for J. Todd Darnell and his father, John Darnell, will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in Rosedale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour.
