Hilmond Simpson Jr., 90, of Hopkinsville-Mt. Zoar Road, Hopkinsville, died Thursday, Dec. 19, at his home of natural causes. A native of Christian County, he had worked as a janitor for Christian County Public Schools, as a railroad lineman and as a mechanic for Collins Buick. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Friday, Dec. 27, at Lamb Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour.
