Gilbert Lee, 80, of Hopkinsville, died at 3:24 a.m. Monday, Dec. 4, at his residence. A native of Christian County, he was a contractor and former co-owner of C&L Rentals. He was the former chairman of the board of directors of Heritage Bank and a member of Eagle Way Church of Christ. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home, with John Voss and Carl Goad officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at the funeral home. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
