Freida Mae Litchfield Cornelius, 95, of Christian County, died at 2:35 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, at her residence. A native of Christian County, she was a charter member of Christian Heights United Methodist Church and a member of the Bainbridge Homemakers. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cornelius Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service hour Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to Pennyroyal Hospice.
