Dr. Robert Burgess Bressler, 72, of Hopkinsville, died on Tuesday, June 27 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A native of Chicago, he was an allergist-immunologist and operated private practices in both Hopkinsville and Clarksville, Tennessee. He was board certified in immunology and internal medicine and was a member of many medical associations. He was active in the community and an avid supporter of many local organizations and sports teams. He was a member of Grace Episcopal Church. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 29, at Grace Episcopal Church. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville is in charge of the arrangements.
