Dorothy “Dottie” Cowan Outland, 81, of Fairview, died Tuesday, Dec. 24, at her home of natural causes. A Todd County native, she was a homemaker and a member of Eastview Baptist Church. Private graveside services will be at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
