Donald Wayne Henderson, of Hopkinsville, died on Jan. 14. In an obituary published by Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home, his family focused the details of his life on his Christian faith. Henderson was a real estate developer and community benefactor. He served on several boards, including the Hopkinsville Industrial Foundation and the Hopkinsville-Christian County Economic Development Council, which he previously chaired. He had also chaired the Christian County Democratic Party. He and his wife, Terri Henderson, supported Coffee Connection, a community help center on South Main Street. The funeral home conducted a private family service, and Henderson was buried at Riverside Cemetery.
