Don Mock, 79, of Hopkinsville, died Friday, Jan. 26, at his home. A Trigg County native, he was a U.S. Navy veteran, a carpenter, a farmer and a Baptist minister. He served as pastor for West Mt. Zoar, Wallonia and South Union Baptist churches. He also worked for Dana Corp. He was known for the Christmas decorations and light displays at his Mock Road home. The funeral will be at noon Tuesday, Jan. 30, at King’s Funeral Home, Cadiz. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.
