Chuck Jenkins, 63, of Colonial Terrace in Hopkinsville, died on Tuesday, May 20, at his home. He worked at Metalsa and was a member of the Hopkinsville Community Band, where he played both the trombone and the trumpet. He also was a Christian County weather spotter and a member of New Work Fellowship. A celebration of life will be at noon Saturday, May 24, at New Work Fellowship Church. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour on Saturday at the church.
