Blake Fields, 18, of Irish Circle in Hopkinsville, died on Tuesday, March 25. A native of Hopkinsville, he worked at Osteen Body Shop and was a graduate of Hopkinsville High School. He was a member of Crofton Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 30, at Lamb Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Myers Cemetery in Crofton. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 29, at the funeral home.
