Billy Wayne Dulin, 72, of Eddyville, Kentucky, and a native of Hopkinsville, died on Tuesday, Dec. 24, at his home. He was a member of New Barren Springs Baptist Church and was a retired truck driver for Seay Oil and Jacobs Farms. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Ridgetop Cemetery in Crofton. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Tuesday at the funeral home.
