Billy Joe Oliver Sr., 68, of Hopkinsville, died on Friday, March 15, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. A native of Hopkinsville, he worked at Ben’s Tire and Wheel. The family has chosen cremation, with a celebration of life to be held at a later date. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
