Beverly Manners Givens, 73, of Hopkinsville, died at 11:51 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green, Kentucky. A native of Clarksville, Tennessee, she was retired from the health care field. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, and past president of the Professional Association of Healthcare Professionals and Hopkinsville Junior Auxiliary. She also had served as a E-911 Coordinator for Christian County and member of the Crofton Volunteer Fire Department Board. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, at First United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Tuesday at the church. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions suggested to First United Methodist Church.
