Three Hopkinsville organizations — the Hopkinsville Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County and the Pennyroyal Arts Council — are among those selected.
The auction, in its 70th year, was postponed from April because of the coronavirus, and at one point there was talk of putting it off entirely this year.

The auction raises money for Rotary Scholars at Hopkinsville Community College. The program offers a two-year, full scholarship to every graduating senior from a high school in Christian County.
The auction continues every night through Saturday. WHOP carries the auction nightly, and it is live-streamed on the Hopkinsville Rotary Club's website and Facebook page.
