Here’s a holiday pro tip for procrastinators and those generally addicted to a deadline: Underground Hoptown Art has organized a Last-Minute Market for shoppers just three days before Christmas at two downtown locations.
On Friday, several artists and vendors will be selling their works from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 10 p.m. at the Underground Art Bar, 111 E. Seventh St., and from 2 to 8 p.m. at Hopkinsville Brewing Co., 102 E. Fifth St.
Vendors who specialize in woodworking, pottery, painting, photography, sewn goods, food and vintage items have been invited to participate.
The market is for last-minute shoppers needing gifts, gift wrapping or just some inspiration to create their own works, event sponsors described in a Facebook post.
The Last-Minute Market is the fourth show that photographer Cat Lacy has helped organize this year for Underground Hoptown Art collaborative.
