History on Tap: A night for Odd Fellows

Brett Pritchett will lead the Jan. 30 program on the history of one of Hopkinsville's fraternal organizations.

The first History of Tap of 2025, set for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, at Hopkinsville Brewing Co., will look at the fraternal organization known at the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. 

Brett Pritchett, learning coordinator for the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County, will lead the discussion about IOOF’s history in Hopkinsville alongside other fraternal organizations.

There is no charge to attend History on Tap programs. Led by museum staff and guest speakers, the programs are designed to “share local history in a relaxed, fun setting.” 

The programs occur monthly, usually on the last Thursday at the brewery.
