LaFayette Market Day, a festival celebrating the South Christian town’s history, creativity and community spirit, is planned from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26.
The event will offer art, antiques, handmade and vintage goods, food, live music and neighborhood yard sales.
The Ridge Runners will play bluegrass and gospel music — and take requests — from 2 to 4 p.m. Guests are invited to bring a chair.
“This event is open to artists, artisans, small businesses, nonprofits, food vendors, antique dealers, collectors, and community members looking to participate in one of LaFayette’s newest traditions,” organizers said in an email.
Anyone interested in participating as a vendor may use this online form to register.
