The Pennyrile Democratic Woman’s Club will host a bean supper and a meet-and-greet with Democratic candidates for office from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, at Carnegie Library, 700 Liberty St.
The meal will include ham and bean soup, cornbread, water and dessert. Tickets are $10.
The public is invited to hear what Democratic candidates plan for serving the community.
