Locals explore people, places that shaped their lives during Homegrown Poems event

Homegrown Poems, co-sponsored by Hoptown Chronicle and WKMS, was presented in support of Hopkinsville's Big Read.

Locals gathered at The Corner Coffeehouse on Monday, Oct. 21, to share the people and places that have shaped their lives. 

The event, “Homegrown Poems: Your Places, Your Stories in Verse,” was co-sponsored by Hoptown Chronicle and WKMS in support of Hopkinsville’s The Big Read. This year’s selection is “Our Town,” by Thornton Wilder.
