The Christian County Health Department reported 18 new coronavirus cases on Saturday, pushing the total since the pandemic began to 1,185.
Of those cases, 195 are active and 972 are classified as recovered by the health department. Eighteen local deaths, including three within the last week, have been attributed to COVID-19.
On Saturday, the seven-day average of new cases was 21.4 and the incidence rate, which is adjusted for population so it can be compared to other counties, was 30.4. In the last seven days, the county has confirmed 150 positive COVID-19 tests.
