The measure passed with just one “no” vote, from Boone County Republican Sen. John Schickel, who said he took issue with the speed that the bill passed.
The state report showed the percentage of Kentuckians testing positive for the coronavirus in the last seven days rose slightly, to 18.96% from 18.51%.
