‘Sister Therapy’ is bringing a live show to Hopkinsville

The show featuring the hosts of the comedy podcast will be July 24 at the Alhambra Theatre.

“Sister Therapy,” a podcast known for the laughs created by sisters Emily Polish-Sims and Nancy Polish, will have its first in-person performance on July 24 at the Alhambra Theatre.

Girls Nights Out with “Sister Therapy” will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets, available online, are $25. Livestream tickets are $10.

A pre-party in The Hall at the Alhambra will begin at 5:30 p.m. with appetizers from The Local, an accessories pop-up shop and free speciality cocktails. A limited number of pre-party tickets are available for an additional $10.

Originally from Montana, the hosts of “Sister Therapy” live in Florida. Their longtime friendship with Margaret Prim, executive director of the Pennyroyal Arts Council, resulted in an agreement to bring a live show to the Alhambra.

In a recent Facebook post, Nancy Polish said the Hopkinsville appearance would be their first-ever live “Sister Therapy” event.

Their podcast is described as “the place to hang when you need a laugh ’til you cry kinda moment.”
