Christian County Public Schools has named the district’s 2020 teachers and staff members of the year.
“This is truly a year we could have honored every teacher and staff member,” district spokesman John Rittenhouse said. “The year 2020 required every honoree to give their best and each gave us their best and more.”

The district Teacher of the Year is Allison Faulkner of Indian Hills Elementary School. The Staff Member of the Year is Chris Dudley of Freedom Elementary.
The Spirit of Excellence Awards went to Melissa Adams of Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary and Tammy Celing of Christian County High School.
The awards were presented Tuesday.
