A support group is encouraging members of the community to join a prayer walk at all of Christian County’s public and private schools on Wednesday, Aug. 4.
“Join us as we gather outdoors to walk the school grounds in prayer and reflection for our school, students, families, teachers, administrators and support staff,” organizers with Tiger Connection said in a Facebook post.
Tiger Connection is an organization that formed a few years ago to support Hopkinsville High School but now also advocates for all students in the county.
Participants are encouraged to arrive at one of the schools around 5:45 p.m. and begin their prayer walk at 6 p.m.
Anyone who cannot go to a school at that time but wants to participate is encouraged to pray wherever they happen to be at 6 p.m. Aug. 4.
