The free program will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, at Hopkinsville Brewing Co.

“From his wedding to his first psychic reading to his photography studio, Cayce’s world in Hopkinsville centers around this thoroughfare,” Alissa Keller, executive director of the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County, said in a  press release. “Abernethy connects his story to the history of the buildings and businesses that line the street, offering fresh insight into one of our community’s most famous people.”

Abernethy and her husband reside in the Dalton house on East Seventh Street. She is chronicling their work to preserve the house in a column for Hoptown Chronicle titled “Brick and Mortar Monthly.”
