The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Christian County did not increase Wednesday. The count remains at 97 total, and the number of recovered cases increased by four to 80, according to a report from the local health department.
There were 14 active cases. The number of active cases by age group are:
- Pediatric (0-21): 1
- Young Adult-Middle Age (22-59): 6
- Older Adult (60-84): 7
- Elderly (85+): 0
The statewide total increased by 227 newly confirmed cases to 7,080, Gov. Andy Beshear announced.
Five deaths were reported, bringing the total to 326 in Kentucky.
